Don’t need a running analysis?

Bundling consultations is a great way to save, especially if you anticipate needing more than a single visit. Depending on your injury or goals, you may benefit from 4-8 visits. For example, if you had a recent surgery, more visits would be helpful as you likely have a longer journey to your desired level of functions.

Not a problem. All visits are good for 1 full year past the purchase date. If you don’t use the last few, hang onto them and use them for a check in or future injury.

YES! All my programs can be performed virtually.

All evals and follow up appointments are 60 minutes. Running evaluations take 2-3 hours.

It highly depends on your injury, your ability to perform the suggested exercises, and your goals. The average number of visits per person is 4. If you are unsure what is best for you, please send me an email and we can discuss.

Nope! I am an out of network provider so no referral is necessary. That means you can see me as early as your first twinge.
